Piece Hall Halifax

A lovely day out with friends - the Piece Hall is the last surviving Cloth Hall built for hand loom weavers to sell the woollen cloth pieces they had produced - reopened in 2017 after a multi million pound restoration now houses independent shops, cafes bars and a Heritage centre.  An interesting feature is the amazing library built on to the remains of a Church complete with steeple.
