Blue Eggs

I am so easily amused; we got our weekly shop in today and they'd sent us blue eggs! I was marginally disappointed that it was only the shell that was blue, but honestly I can't imagine a blue egg being that appetizing...! Yummy eggs though (we had them on our bacon and mushroom sammies at lunch). 

Another fairly lazy Sunday for me; I did a bit of housework but otherwise just chilled with my book and some TV. I'm currently in the middle of Authority, the second book in the Southern Reach trilogy. It's very different from Annihilation, but still very, very good!
