River Tay at Dunkeld

We drove up yo Dunkeld this morning to visit friends L & A and this is the view from their lounge window.  L had offered to alter my new bowling shirt for me, as it was too long and she is a whizz with the sewing machine.

A long delay on the way up due to an overturned truck on the A9 and some very poor traffic management.  Only seemed to be one vehicle involved so goodness knows how it happened.  Fortunately it was clear on the way home again.

Very many thanks to everyone for the stars and hearts for yesterday's blip, which I think was more of an acknowledgement of the fact it was number 2500 than for any merit in the photo:-)  Much appreciated.
