Bus Pass Walk with no buses!

The forecast wasn’t good so those bus pass walkers available (just 3) decided to do a short walk which has a bit of tree cover, and then go to the local garden centre for coffee.  Quite windy as we walked up the hill, but then it turned quite pleasant as we walked through the caravan park and along the river.  Quite a bit of water flowing after all the recent rain, and the autumn colours are starting to come through.  As we walked along we met blipper Jeanneb53 and husband C coming the other way as they were making their way up to the waterfall. As we took refreshments at the garden centre the heavens opened, but by the time we came out it was sunny again, and quite warm.  Walked back to the village where K spotted these toadstools, then we parted ways. Another walk and a bus ride for me this afternoon to finally get some groceries in, so an adequate number of steps done today.
