Amethyst Deceivers

It’s been a lovely afternoon so a walk in the wood beckoned.  It’s a while since I’ve been in there so it was good to see the fungi was still flourishing. Lots of the little brown jobs (and white ones too) that I’ve given up trying to identify, and also lots of fungi growing on rotten trunks.  I’m guessing that the interweaving of very wet weather and warmth has helped this year of bounty.  It was a lovely thing to do after trying to sort out the finances for our Tai Chi group, which I think I’ve done now.
We had our hair cut with our same hairdresser but at a new venue this lunchtime and then called in the small cafe in Dodworth for lunch on our way home.
