Back! Home!

Woke this morning with a 4am alarm to catch the red eye from Edinburgh to Luton.

My back popped and had to wake a sleepy MrsT at 4:10am to dry my feet and put my socks on and tie my shoes as I was in agony! Thought I’d need to cancel my day but glad I didn’t. It eased off a bit with some painkillers.

Met a colleague in the Aspire lounge. I was asked to present to our industrial team national sales meeting at our HQ in Leighton Buzzard.

Presentation went well thankfully and spent the rest of the day in meetings before headed back for the 19:15 flight which was delayed until closer to 20:30.
