Induction

When yesterday the Flumlet asked to go to Eden Rock after school he refused to accept that there are no instructors for young folk on a Monday, and we had to drive there just to prove the point. Unfortunately, he still didn't believe it and expressed disappointment in the usual way.
However, the lovely staff pointed out that, if Mr Flum attended an induction course, he could supervise the Flumlet at any time, even for a whole day, instead of a qualified instructor. I just wish they had said so before all the fuss.

The photo, (taken on the phone, through glass) shows Mr Flum in the process of his induction by Nick, who was the Flumlet's instructor on his first visit.

What with our holidays and his Half Term it will be a few weeks before we take advantage of this new opportunity, but, no matter, Mr Flum is ready and able and I am willing to sit and drink coffee read watch while they do so.
