One of those days!!! :(

Well this morning news showed that a solider from 28 engineers had been killed over night in afghan, this is really close to home as its my brothers regt and he is due to go out again.

Students back in this morning and as per usual my lads were on form and I had a headache before 10am!!

So paracetamol and berocca for morning break

My day got progressively worse as people were cancelling on me for work this evening I was getting more stressed and all this was before my lovely tutorial for my course which was supposed to help me but tipped me over the edge!!

Got stuck in traffic on route from one job to the next and to top my night off I have a whopping blister on my heal from my shoes which I have worn for ages so god knows why they are running!!

Only positive from today is I have stuck to my diet!! Don't know how as I could murder some chocolate
