Choosing

Curtain samples, not for me, but I was tempted, even though the price is ridiculous! I like to pretend though ;-) 

I had to go on a course this morning. The content was interesting- championing mental health in schools, but unfortunately a part of it was delivered by the HR lady..... The same one who was involved in my timekeeping mishegas a eighteen months ago. Suffice to say I endured thirty minutes of what can only be described as the biggest load of bollocks I'd heard in a long time. Something about "being sensitive and managing in a positive and supportive way"...need I say more....

Fortunately we were granted a day of sun in the midst of this endless torrent of rain and dark skies, so it made it all a little more bearable. I had a nice afternoon with the children, but had to go back later in the evening for a 'Welcome to Reception' meeting. 

I got to see Looby Lou for a little bit, which was lovely.
