Curls

It's funny that my mom spent so many years getting her hair permed. Left to its own devices, her soft, thin, non-dyed hair has its own natural curl. If I find her looking a bit greasy, I have her stand over the sink and have her hold a washcloth over her eyes and nose. A tiny bit of soap and a few rinses later, she's light and fluffy again.

Today her energy and mood seemed better. Maybe because I visited earlier in the day?
