Keeping my fitness regime alive
After a cough and cold for two weeks, I've managed two gym sessions, a 4 mile run and a hockey session in four days - glad that the routine ore crimbo is still alive and well! Work was a busy download day as to what I will be working on in 2013 - busy is an understatement plus lots if stretch, but that's how I like it. A meeting with Andrew is booked in for Monday, an urgent presentation for Glen and started the feedback calls to unsuccessful candidates. All in all a good day :)
