I went for a run round Crystal Palace park this afternoon brought back memories of competitive swimming, wa surprised how run down the sport's place is. Also of a huge event L.I.F.E. where Billy Graham spoke to thousands in 1984..
The rains opened whilst in the park and so I was cold and wet but still felt good to be out the loved the village feel of Crystal Palace and all the Independent shops.
As it's BCAM the pink box on the window was reason for my snap! Thought the rain would blue it all.
