New Slimming World Book for 2013

Gained 7 pounds over Christmas and New Year!
Mind it wasn't easy - took a bit of effort to consume that amount of alcohol and chocolate. My friend had a baby which weighed 7 pounds so what she managed to achieve in 9 months I have done in 2 weeks - anyway should be back at target for February
