Brrrr

I always find it cold when I get in, but today I seemed to stay colder for a bit longer.

Was seeing how far I could get before abandoning the water till next summer. Have made it as far as today. Only started on the 3rd July this year. Might try make it to 1st November. In that time here I have seen fun times and tragedy.  Swimmers and especially the hardy annuals who swim all year round have a great sense of community and friendship. The sea is a paradox, friendly and inviting but also dangerous.

Will definitely (nothing in this life is definite) do one more swim.
