Healing

There are various forms of healing. Many Christians believe the ultimate healing comes when a person dies and enters heaven. I think the same way in regards to animals.
Earlier today I found out that my beloved cat Betsey has cancer. Due to her age and the nature of the cancer, I have decided to forego further treatment, which would not significantly prolong her life, and simply ensure that she is as pain free and comfortable for as long as possible until the time comes to send her into the arms of God.
I am heartbroken but believe when it is time to let Betsey go, it will not be the end.
