Supper from 2007

I've decided that we must use up old stuff in the larder before buying new. For example I found a packet of lasagne sheets that were dated Best Before some date in 2007.

So I made this roasted vegetable lasagne (with peppers, aubergine, courgettes, mushrooms and tomato sauce.) It turned rather well.

Huw made chocolate caramels and we watched Wild at Heart (David Lynch)
It was a satisfactory way to end a very wet day.

However I only managed to use half the lasagne sheets and I still have another box of the same vintage. Twin Peaks here we come!
