Abstract Thursday - Reflecting on Time

It was a busy day of doing nothing. Having decided the drive out to a Cotswold arboretum was likely to be pointless given the inclement weather, we ended up at the Mall debating toasters... and ultimately came to no decision at all except to agree our thirty year old toaster was, um, toasted.

Coming home I was reflecting on the waste of time as I polished my 2012 iPod, emphasising the time wasting since it no longer works. The reflection in the 'intensively owned' back cover is of the iPhone 11 Pro Max, which holds some thirty-two times as much music and even makes phone calls!

Fair to say, the toaster lasted a lot longer than the iPod. Glances at the date - ten, ten til we do it again (if you're old enough to remember CB).
