Downton chic?

I have to admit to never having seen Downton Abbey, but allegedly some of my hats are 'of the period'.  This is a hat I made quite some time ago, and it is one of the first blocks that I bought. I now know how to make the dents stay indented when blocking ( old tights filled with rice and strapped on the top whilst it dries) . I really should try this one again, as the advantage of this hat is that it covers the ears!
