PJs

I guess my Euan journal would not be complete without a blip of him with Granny Wendy.  Tony captured this one in the early hours as we packed Becky off to bed post feed and stayed up with him, still in our PJs!

After a leisurely start to the day, Rob, Tony and I drove to Salem to clean up the living room in the house so that Becky and Euan will be able to come up at the weekend and not be in a dusty place.  Rob also had to meet with the heating engineer following the inspection of the new gas heating system.  We took a look at what we need to do to prepare the staircase pre-painting and carpet, as we will be travelling up to start that preparatory work tomorrow.

All this took longer than expected as the scrap metal team who were coming to take away the old oil burning boiler arrived late and then seemingly did not realise they had come to take away the boiler!  At least the house was lovely and toasty.  Finally we were able to set off back to Boston through the rush hour traffic and a dramatic sunset.
