Kilchurn Castle

One of the rare glimpses of the sun shining on the Loch Awe bathing Kilchurn Castle in the sun's rays.

The castle which was once a fortress is closed at this time of the year so no opportunity to use our Historic Scotland passes.

So many rainbows today that I just had to include one taken in Inverary ..... the pot of gold nestling just beside Neil Munro's Vital Spark.
