What to wear?

After torrential rain this morning the afternoon was a definite improvement. Lots of people all dressed up in preparation for the weekend.

Lots of pop up shops as demonstrated by this gentleman trying on a waistcoat. The extras just giving you a flavour of some of the creative outfits. I tried to focus on the civilian outfits rather than the military for a change.
