FF - Seedhead

Today would have been my mother's 100th birthday, it seems ridiculous to think of her as being that age because she was always so young at heart and I never ever thought of her as elderly.  It's 24 years since she died and even now I still expect to see her and be able to tell her about whatever it is that's been happening in my life. 

I spotted the seedhead growing by the side of the canal - that and Himalayan balsam and the seedhead won the day. Thank you for looking in on my journal, it's very much appreciated.
