Away With The Rag Rolling

It is some years since our house front was last painted but today repainting started. The last time it was repainted within a very short time of finishing it started to take on a ‘rag roll’ effect.
We kind of got used to it and with the neighbours house, painted at the same time by the same people, it definitely was different from everyone else on the road.

Aside from that it’s been a quiet day, nothing outside of the house needs my attention so I continued with Samantha’s room clean, clear and sort out. The broken mattress slats need replacing so a quick trip to our ‘in town department store’ for the timber, the only trip outdoors today.
