Politics!

Yesterday the MSPs went on holiday and today the Parliament opens for the Politics Festival. After a morning meeting with S in the Dovecot to discuss issues choir it was down to Holyrood for 3 events from 12.30 - 6.45, on very uncomfortable seats.

I blipped the journalists and Presiding Officer after the first session, 20 years of reporting Parliament. Then met up with KM for Dame Helena Kennedy. She can talk! And lastly a session on Housing First, mainly because my ex colleague KF, was up from Liverpool.to talk about the work she is doing there. We had a couple of drinks and a catch up afterwards.

I got home by 10 for oatcakes and cheese.

In my guilty pleasure, The Archers, Joe Grundy has finally passed away although he's been silent for a while since the actor who played him did die.
