A new normality

I took this photo this afternoon at Prince Edward MTR station, in the heart of the protests in Kowloon. Normally pristine Hong Kong has graffiti everywhere. This woman was going about her normal Saturday afternoon after last week’s near lockdown. A hour after this picture was taken the protests started again and road barricades were set up right here.
