Between fen and mountains

Tasty

I really like the fact that there is no shortage of the old, tasty tomato varieties here, both on the market and in our friends' garden.  As invited, I picked a few on the daily visit to feed the cat.  This was combined with a walk around the circuit.  Last night's meal at the Jardin de Jasmine curry house was a great success. There were eleven of us and we were well looked after by Lisa who counts us as regulars, is very flexible with the menus and throws in little extras. David, the vicar, is away next week so has asked a couple of us to do a service. I spent the afternoon preparing some ideas for a homily for which I feel very under qualified but I will give it a go.
