Parkrun

Cycled down to parkrun and ran round with mate P (on the left). Nice easy run with the obligatory chit chat on the way round.

Met my sister and other friend L there too.

Cycled back via a little weights session at the gym.

Spent the afternoon cleaning upstairs whilst MrsT did downstairs.

Then L and I played some street football then scootered along the valley and back before an early dinner.

L got friend I coming over to watch Descendants 3 and sleepover so I think I’ll head out to Edinburgh for some ten pin bowling.
