Sunrise on Ben A'an

Up at 'way too early o'clock' to drive to Ben A'an.

Arrived at 6.30am (after having to take a 20min detour as I nearly ran out of petrol) for my first head torch sunrise walk in the middle of nowhere. Good Lord it was worth it.

Sadly I know that life really can be painfully short, so be a part of this beautiful world if you're able. Push yourself just a tad beyond your comfort zone and don't be afraid to walk in the dark or by yourself. There's someone there holding your hand and telling you how brave you are every step of the way.

Trust me on that.
