Great Tit with Sunflower Seed

Noticed the Sunflower seed in it's claws when PP
Quite a heavy crop,(full zoom at 270mm) I usually sit in a corner of the garden and wait until the birds come on to the feeders, I caught this one on my way into the garden, little buggers all flew off, I sat for awhile but got too cold :/
