Canning Stock Route - Sun tipped flowers

A much better night's sleep! I'm warm enough, but have had what eventually turned out to be a Eustachian tube infection, resulting in lots of nighttime coughing.

Lots of bird life - Singing honey eater, masked wood swallow, white-plumed honey-eater. Luckily for me my swag mate is a birder, and tells me all the names. Then I can take a photo!

I think that we're still in the Gibson Desert, but we may have made it far enough south to be in the Great Sandy Desert.
