Such Anxiety over recent days and last night because of the typhoon in Japan.

And our then our family coming to watch have to make 18 mile detour on motorway, so miss build up!
Japan - 78% possession said the stats at one point; and at 21-7 against, we sighed, and felt like “that’s that then” ....Scotland playing so much catch up rugby. And with the score 28-7 at 42 mins.... felt like “we’re out of RugbyWorld Cup 2019.”
Then 28-21. Nel and Fagerson.
And lots of talks here on permutations to go through to next stage.
Sadly though Scotland were unable to change the narrative of game.
So that’s the end of the road. Plane home tomorrow.
Throughout, the smell from the kitchen was outstanding - pre-birthday lunch for our eldest son including dauphinois potatoes.... he’ll be on Skye with his fiancé on his birthday; we’ll be at a wedding, and the other one of us at a rugby game. Great lunch and chat. Made up for the defeat earlier. Shame though, we’ve followed team development from before the Summer Training Camp in St. Andrews and had hoped for more.
