Empowerment sculpture

I had a free day in Lincoln while my other half spent all day in a meeting!

We had visited a few years ago so I didn't feel I needed to return to the major landmarks. I had a bit of retail therapy before visiting the Collection - the museum and art gallery. This is the sculpture over the River Witham in the city centre.
