Stoney Wood

Travelled from Shrewsbury to church in Ellesmere then off to Wirksworth, Derbyshire.
Went for an evening walk up a very steep hill.
Stoney Wood is at the top.
There is a viewing platform over looking the quarries and a huge stone star disc which plots the constellations.
When it’s dark, the disc lights up to highlight this huge map of the skies.
