Hawaiian

Katzu chicken, garlic shrimp, spam taco, macaroni salad, rice, and coleslaw.

This meal was more interesting than enjoyable. The shrimp was fair, and, surprisingly, the spam taco was decent. I detest spam, but the Hawaiians are obsessed with it, so I decided to see what a Hawaiian place could do with it (answer: batter it, deep fry it, and cover it in crumbly mexican cheese and a tasty salsa—so all that remains of the spam is saltiness and a meat-ish texture).
