Winter sunshine

Went out with boy wonder (Jinxy) this afternoon and Lamberts Castle was bathed in a weak winter sunshine while the Marshwood Vale was already in shadow.

I have featured this tree before but I love the bare branches against the dark shadow of the valley but my artistic shot was somewhat spoilt by a spaniel, on his back with legs in the air. I did get him to move and retook the photo then thought Nah, I think is better with him in!

So here is "Spaniel & tree" It might be Spotlighted!!!!!!!!!!
