This is Amelie's first nursery creation (well, she told me she painted on Monday but only after we got home so it didn't come with us). When I arrived today she was dressed as a princess and ran straight through to the cloakroom to show me this wand that she had made, which was being kept safe in her rucksack.

She told me that nursery was 'great fun' but she missed me lots. But like Monday, there were no tears and she is eager to go back next week. Hooray!

I did kind of expect her to be coming home from nursery tired and ready for a rest but she seems to be coming home full of beans and a bit hyper. She didn't want to stand still to let me photograph her wand and has been in trouble quite a few times since we got in an hour ago! Hmmm....
