It was an early start for what was a parkrun filled day.

There were dancers and mandezi. Fabulous community driven parkrun celebration.

Also got to see one of 12 gold batons that are traveling around in a similar way to blipbear (who I’ve not seen recently, come to think about it)

A freedom run in the pm at my local event with representatives from parkrun HQ. more cake too.
