Sunday is always a quiet day starting with me having a lie in.  The result is that often I am desperate for a blip (I seem to be feeling that a lot of late).

I have recently been watching some tutorials on table top photography.  Much of what I blip if done indoors is "table top".  So I started with some lighting experimentation.  Here I was working on what we call "hot spots" and the Americans seem to call specular.  I chose the apple as it had the shine to provide a hot spot but not as reflective as some I might have chosen.  I am reasonably happy that the hot spot isn't too burnt out so something i did must have worked.
