In Annie’s Kitchen......!

Experimenting......my daughter has been home for a few days and she always inspires me to cook, bake and experiment!!
So, we tried this large yeast loaf...and it’s not bad for a first attempt.....we have tried it and it tasted very good...
Not sure that I’d win any ‘handshakes’ from Paul Hollywood though.....:((((
Possibly not quite the right texture.....but it’s flavor is lovely and I think that’s possibly because I used some very nice Irish Rapeseed Oil in it....!
I will be making more .....definitely a brown version next time...!
