Hip and Happening

Didn’t quite get the good nights sleep I’d hoped for - darn that jet lag!

It was off to Murrayfield first thing to see a hip specialist - they did a cpl more xrays, which they talked me through. You can clearly see the bone splinter, apparently my hip didn’t properly develop in childhood either.

Next step is an MRI scan to determine the best treatment which will be keyhole surgery and/or an injection and worst case, a hip replacement.

Then it was into town to catch up with my boss and do some errands like ordering replacement glasses/contact lenses etc
