In flight entertainment

Looking at the moving map through bleary eyes..... still find flying places a bit magical, although that is rather dimmed by the 9 hours of being squished and fed odd food at inappropriate moments. I saw Lake Tahoe, and the Sierra Nevada mountains - lots of snow not far from Sam Francisco.

This journey improved by two large G & T's, for which I have re-discovered the taste.

However - comfort not improved by almost 3 weeks of american meals - mostly very good, but lots of food. So waistbands a bit snug.
Not imporoved either by daughter having been up all last night throwing up. Not sick on plane , but needed a stock of little bags to hand , and intermittent dashes to the loo. Exams next week, so caused by exam nerves and flying anxiety I think.
