Salvia Dark Knight

Still going strong and even more vigorous after so much rain. Wish I could say the same about me, though I have done a good kitchen and fridge clean this morning, sorting out just how much food I've got.  I struggle with having the right amount of food. Its often too much and then I tend to overeat if I'm not careful. I don't image I'm the only one with this tendency.
So no food shopping today : Hoorah!.
