Nail salon.  The blue light and the fish tank caught my eye on the walk home after dinner. 

A bigger quake at 10:30 p.m 4.5 up in Pleasant Hill, definitely felt more of a shake this time than the bump of the one the other week.  Hope the fish in their tank didn't get too sloshed around.
