Southport

I left for the M6 south, leaving plenty of time to stop at Tebay and have a meal and a rest. Trouble was, I then encountered a traffic jam (earlier accident/weight of traffic) that meant it took an hour-and-a-half to progress about 20 miles. I still made it to the club in good time, though in a slightly dazed condition.

Lovely people, attentive and friendly audience - what a nice evening! Having not taken a photo all day, this shot of Chris doing a great version of Dylan's "Oxford Town" is all I found in the camera. Back to C & S's for a very welcome glass of wine and renewed acquaintance with their beautiful but eccentric cats.
