My goodness, the weather here's taken a turn for the worse, though but! This chap must have been desperate for a fish supper to be sitting out in this for hours on end. His dog is hoping, in vain, for his master to liven things up somewhat by chucking a ball or some such. Nothing doing. He's lost in a pescatarian reverie, it would seem. Either that or is suffering from a mild dose of hypothermia.
