Teamwork

The kilo of shrimp we bought (after the vendor zipped next door to get some extra to round out the order) was quickly cleaned and de-vaned while we waited. Usually, the owner is to around to shoot the breeze, but we were at the market much later than normal and he was no where to be seen. This same woman, on the far side, has been cleaning shrimp for as long as I have been shopping here (see her from way back in 2012), her helper is a more recent addition.
