My Grandfather's Clock

It really did belong to my grandparents and I can can remember it as a child in the 'best room' in their thatched cottage.

It doesn't work (needs cleaning which would cost a fortune) but looks lovely in our hall. The face is all pitted but I think it adds to its charm.

Even if cleaned, it has to be wound every day and has a VERY loud chime.
