Not a bird blip

I had expected today would have a bird blip.

Mrs. K. Had a meeting in the committee room at RSPB Leighton Moss from 2p.m. to 4.30p.m. which would give me plenty of time to take some bird shots.

I had not counted on the fact that the whole site is still badly flooded with all the paths up to 6 inches under water. It was not possible to reach any of the hides.

So its back to the good old Common Darter.
Had a good walk in Trowbarrow Quarry.
