Hospital sign

It's been a long old day, school run, pick up MIL, hospital with parking dramas and waiting in over heated corridors with closed windows displaying pigeon signs, dental surgery, (MIL), waiting longer at hospital pharmacy for antibiotics than we waited for surgery, take MIL home, cook soft food, dress another wound, wash up, drive home.... the day is almost over and now I'm cooking dinner and looking forward to an early night.
