Highest point

Early start to get to Peebles for the Tunnel run 20k race. Met a few others from the Cani sport club there was well. The race was tough as it was muddy underfoot to start with but the rain held off. The race takes you to the top of Cademuir hill a nice 250m climb. The return route is though Cademuir forest which was slippery under foot. Still managed to finish in 2:10:03, which was only a minute slower than 2 years ago. Kilda was pleased to see me when I got back as J had taken her to the beach in the morning and left her for 3 hours. Spent the afternoon watching the England game and decanting some beer. Met up with RD and FM in the evening for a few drinks
